Title: 6.0.1CF and R5

Hello DominoSecurity readers,

Someone on this list asked me a good question: Will there be an R5 release to match the 6.0.1CF release? In other words, will Lotus be fixing the same bug in R5?

I just talked to someone at Lotus who is involved with these decisions. She told me that there will NOT be a matching CF release for R5. The reason is that this particular problem could not be reproduced in R5, so there is no need for a Critical Fix release for R5. She said there are some related/similar issues in R5 (which Lotus discovered on their own) which will be addressed in 5.0.13.
